Seller reviewTime was of the essence to get our house on the market since we were contingent on buying another property and we had to move fast. Our house had accumulated stuff due to living there for 35 years and we needed cleaners, inspections, stagers etc. Kelly was there for us making phone calls and getting people to the house to do all this. She even helped us with staging when we needed that done. She worked hard and told us what would help us get more money, such as recommending paint where needed and decluttering a pantry full of stuff. I think by doing that she increased the value of our home quite a bit. I wouldn't use any other agent. She is truly a remarkable person and real estate agent.
