Kelsey is absolutely amazing! We have worked with her on a past purchase and would not even think about using anyone else. My husband and I trust her knowledge and judgement so much and recommend her to all of our friends and family. Kelsey is always professional and easily accessible for any and all needs that come along with buying or selling. We feel more like friends than clients of hers and that is a huge deal for us when we are dealing with an investment such as this. Kelsey was amazing, she always kept me on track with deadlines and other reminders which took the stress off purchasing a home. She made us feel like we were her only clients and was very quick with getting us in to showings in a very demanding market. She even had really good insight when we were touring houses that I didn't even see or think about. Kelsey was very helpful with writing up our desires for the inspection and responses. She put wording in that covered aspects of the house that I didn't think about including. She helped us sort out what to ask for and other small things that were easy for us to fix on our own. She was very quick with getting responses from the sellers agent and passing along the information to us.

Kelsey was extremely vital in my home ownership journey and would never use anyone else! I HIGHLY recommend Kelsey!!

Choosing Kelsey was a no brainer! She's passionate and energetic and I knew she would work with our best interests at heart. Her communication style is direct and clear, and she always made sure we had realistic expectations.

Patient is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! We had a difficult transaction and Kelsey was beyond patient with us. She has followed us even after closing to ensure seller is holding up to their end of the bargain! She was helpful in every aspect of the transaction, and firm and professional with the seller when she needed to be. We couldn't have done this without her.

My wife and I have known Kelsey for a long time and felt very comfortable entrusting the sale of our home to her.

Kelsey gets high marks here across the board. Before retirement, I was in sales and sales management and the things that Kelsey does instinctively are the skill sets that really are hard to train some one to do that doesn't already have them.

She employs them well.

Kelsey had another agent help out when she was out of pocket for awhile, C21 did not leave us uncovered!

We listed our property in a slowing market, so of course values drop and anxiousness about maintaining two residences builds and without Kelsey holding our hand and encouraging us that yes our house will sell, we would have become very discouraged.

She also used the Century 21 team when questions about strategies (ie:do any upgrades like painting or show home the furnished, drop the price?), she would consult others there and then make suggestions, she almost never said this is what you have to do.

We appreciated that because the three of us were involved in the sale, not just her.

I had never been to Indy before and had no clue what suburb to live in. I needed someone with knowledge of many of the metro areas and the willingness to cart me around. After speaking on the phone with Kelsey I knew she was the one.

Kelsey was awesome. She's very personable, and as evidenced by the fact she didn't pull her hair out after being stuck by my incessant whining and dry wit for two days... she's also very patient and understanding.

Kelsey is one of the best! It took us a lot longer to sell our house than any had expected. Whenever my husband and I would get down about the situation, Kelsey was right there to cheer us on, say something positive, give us some light at the end of the tunnel, and give another suggestion. Kelsey Sparks Eaton was an incredible resource when I was going through the process of buying my home. From the moment we stepped into the house, we both knew this was the one. She was so excited for me and made sure I had all the info I needed to make an informed offer. She even scheduled a second showing that same day so that my parents could come see the house too!

She stayed up with me until the wee hours when we were putting in my offer. Her knowledge was invaluable, she even encourage me to write a letter to the sellers which ended up convincing them to accept my offer. Kelsey walked me through every point in the offer, making sure I knew what ever word and line meant. She came to every inspection, she asked questions that I hadn't even thought to ask, and she was prompt with every response. I can't imagine having a more nurturing and insightful agent.

Kelsey responded to every communication with speediness and professionalism!
