What I appreciated most was her availability to show properties, even on the w/e, esp after knowing the urgency of my situation. She made it a priority to make things work out with the house I was selling in Ankeny to getting in the one I bought in
Webster City. If she couldn't answer a question, she was honest about it but got the answer rather quickly from her contacts. She was definitely more attentive than the agent who was selling the Webster City property. I also appreciated that the relationship wasn't done after the transaction was over. I was able to call with questions, i.e, where was the deed I had not received after several months & was there a hook up for a gas range behind the current electrical one? Kelsi was a newer realtor when I was her client but I think she will be excellent with a little more experience! She wasn't pushy at all. Her attention to detail is a strength for sure.
