Seller reviewMany Local brokers and Realtors contacted me, But Mr Phipps expertise and Knowledge overall is far superior to any other realtor i know and or deal with I have never seen anyone who works harder, longer hours than Mr Phipps. Always answers his phone, regardless of time of day, (or Night) there was no need for additional advertising. the property appraised at 270,000 8 months ago. With Kens aggressive approach and expertise, we had a contract at 375,000 within days. he even negotiated an additional 5,000 for us. Thank You C21NM and Ken Phipps Ken handled everything, including the 2 hour, one way drive to closing Thank Goodness for Mr Phipps. He is a ROCKSTAR!!!
