This home was a tougher sale than expected with the changing market and dated "design" of the home in comparison to what is built today. While the home showed very well and had mondern updates in a great location that were all pointed out by buyers agents, it is still just a simple 40 year rambler without any exterior "sexy" features. Ken helped us navigate the economic changes in the market and the showing feedback to reach a successful sale price above what we had discussed as our being low end number. It was a successful sale.
