Seller reviewKen guided us through our first home sale, and helped us work through two contracts that had multiple complications on the buyer's side, providing options with pros and cons all throughout. He fought to get us the best deal possible, and took care of multiple things around the house after we left for my job. Amazing service, amazing realtor, and has my highest recommendation.

Seller reviewThis home was a tougher sale than expected with the changing market and dated "design" of the home in comparison to what is built today. While the home showed very well and had mondern updates in a great location that were all pointed out by buyers agents, it is still just a simple 40 year rambler without any exterior "sexy" features. Ken helped us navigate the economic changes in the market and the showing feedback to reach a successful sale price above what we had discussed as our being low end number. It was a successful sale.

Buyer reviewKen was phenomenal. We saw a house we wanted online before having an agent and four days before going out of the country. Ken took us on and got things moving, arranged a private viewing, put together our offer, and we signed the acceptance before getting on the plane. Ken was patient and helpful, willing to do Zooms across time zones and taking care of inspection for us. He just could not have been more helpful or better to work with!
