I know a handful of realtors, but my significant other and I decided to go with a realtor that was part of the Mission Federal Home Advantage Program. When we were starting our home process, we made the call with Home Advantage, and the first realtor they selected for us was Ken. Ken was the first and only realtor that my significant other and I decided to go with during our New Home process, and I'm glad we did. During the process of finding our new home, I never once felt that Ken was trying to "sell a product". He simply only gave his very honest opinions of the product, which I really appreciated. He was able to point out things about properties that I would've never thought to ask about. For example, he was able to tell about the foundation of a property we saw just by seeing how a bedroom door involuntarily opened. I was amazed at this fact. About half way through our home search, Ken revealed to us about his background in engineering, which was another added bonus to know about him. I felt because of this, he has a different understanding or perspective of homes, as compared to a realtor that maybe doesn't have this type of background. In other words, he has knowledge and wisdom about homes that maybe someone wouldn't know about. Ken also gave us a strong feeling of representing us as the buyers 100%, which I also appreciated. He also was able to answer all the many questions I had, honestly and directly. Lastly, at the end of our process, we did deal with a huge challenge or huge scare I should say, and he was able to sort everything all out just because of his realtor qualities and realtor knowledge. Ken is definitely a realtor I would reach out to again if need be, and I would also definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ken!

My entire experience with Ken Schwartz was amazing. He was everything anyone could ask for in an agent and more. Mr. Schwartz is caring and always went beyond what was expected in order to help our family with the sale of our home at a difficult time (my mother passed away). Ken is very knowledgeable, experienced, competent and worked hard to accomplish our house deal and to get it closed.
