Buyer reviewWe've been working with Ken for 15 years. He helped us acquire our first rental property and we have used him each time we needed to find a new tenant. He's always been able to fill vacancies within a few weeks. For this latest purchase, we had a very specific requirement in mind, so I went to Ken, who found the right property. In this case the property wasn't actually on the market, but he knew the parties involved and was able to negotiate the sale. There were several challenges in dealing with the seller and mortgager on this deal that Ken and his team were able to navigate around. His knowledge of the area and constant presence alerted us to a potential issue that we were able to turn to our advantage. No doubt we'll be working with Ken both for securing future tenants and when it comes time to trade up to a new property...in fact, I'm certain he's already keeping an eye out on our behalf and will reach out if the right situation arises. He came over and looked at my house and gave me an honest estimate on what my house would be worth. it went online and sold quickly. He came over as I was packing and helped with somethings and gave me hints on thing to do. He kept in touch the whole time it was working in closing, which made me very grateful. He notified me that closing went thu, which made me happy and was very friendly the whole time. I recommended him to a friend and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
