Seller reviewKen has helped us buying, renting and selling the properties many times. This time when our long tanents of 14442 independence dr in Plainfield decided not to continue leasing, we were out of Illinois and would not able to come back soon. We called Ken immediately. He took the extra work to inspect the house, gave us his professional advice. By our long term relationship we trust his knowledge and experience. So only took less than a month our house was sold. Thank Ken. We'll continue to use his service when we needed also will refer to my frieands and relatives. (Actualy we did already).

Seller reviewKen Thomson started showing me houses for sale about 9 months ago. I wanted to buy and be settled into a smaller home before I put my house on the market. While Ken educated me in the buying process he also encouraged me to begin getting my house ready for sale, starting with a market analysis and recommendations for staging my home. Selling my home of 32 years was emotional as well as physical and entailed a lot of wavering on my part. One of Ken's strengths is his patience but he checked in with me from time to time, always available to answer questions, provide sensible feedback and encouragement. The day after I closed on my new home, I unexpectedly decided to put my house on the market. The listing Ken had the foresight to prepare ahead of time went public at 2:00 that Friday afternoon. I had 3 showings that same evening and many more that weekend. By Monday noon I had 9 offers. With Ken's persistent involvement in negotiations, I closed today, a very satisfied client. Need I say more?

Buyer review5/31/20 Ken helped me find the perfect home. I talk a lot and ask a lot of questions but Ken was always patient. One of his skills is educating his client and making you feel as if you are his only one. He goes beyond what I expected from a realtor, getting to know my personality and how to work with me. Ken also was my realtor to sell my residence. Once again, he passed along the knowledge I needed to make a quick sale with multiple offers. I couldn't be more pleased with a realtor.
