Ken was able to get an estate sale done to empty my house and then organized everything to get it on the market. After only 2 open houses we open escrow and it went so smoothly. The sale of my home went so smoothly and quick thanks to the help of Ken in getting things done and keeping me updated even when I was hospitalized briefly.

Seller reviewKens background in engineering and his expertise in construction makes him a valuable resource. I am very concerned about possible environmental toxins and hazards in some homes (mold,asbestos), as I have a baby and environmental allergies. Ken knows how to look for these things and he addresses all my concerns. He is very thorough and went above and beyond for us. I feel confident with him as our realtor and he eased a lot of my stress. His knowledge and advice was instrumental in getting us to the point where we could make small improvements and list our home. He is very patient and devotes a great deal of time to his clients. My husband works long hours and I have a baby so I didn't see how logistically we could make the necessary improvements, list and sell our home. Ken made the entire process seem simple and took care of all the logistics. Without Ken we wouldn't be currently looking for a new home.
