He was friendly and knowledgeable about the home and the neighborhood and he made us feel welcome! Like I said previously, he made me laugh so much that I felt like I had known him for years! Kent was awesome! He even had me laughing on days when I really needed it the most! My parents really appreciated his kindness and his suggestions when questions were posed to him. Mr. Susong was so considerate and also assisted my parents with my closing and inspection as I am currently deployed overseas. He made sure to be at each meeting for the inspections and worked with me and my parents to ensure that everything was completed and addressed.

Kent would stay in contact with me to check on progress of things on my end with completing miles stones on the sell of my home and also the purchase of a new one.
