Buyer reviewWhen we met Kevin for the first time we were drawn to his professionalism and willingness to provide sound advice to us. This was very helpful seeing as how my husband and I were first time homebuyers. Kevin advocated for us and exhibited extreme patience in regards to the numerous offers and counter offers that were made between us and the seller. He provided professional advice in regards to reasonable offers depending on the current market value. He is also very diligent and precise when formulating necessary contracts or addendums much of which were needed throughout our transactions.
