We interviewed a couple of other realtors in the area but decided on Kevin LaRue because of his comprehensive plan to market our property. He knew what features would be appealing to potential buyers in the Ashburn Farm area. We felt Kevin was on top of organizing the marketing and advertising to get the best coverage. He was focused on the important issues of our property to match what a home buyer in this market would be looking for such as location, school system and access to services. He advised us on what features would be important within the home to be more appealing for showing. We were very pleased what the house sold for and the short time from our initial contact with Kevin until the deal was closed....approximately one month. Would recommend him to any buyer or seller. We would rate him a 5 (the highest) on every category and found him to be excellent/outstanding. He works hard to earn his commission.

This is our second time working with Kevin to sell our home in 9 years. Clearly that speaks for itself. His professionalism, knowledge of the local and regional markets, and his large network make him stand-out from others. His is always thinking ahead for his clients, which is not easy for a client to do when selling/moving. We tried to do "For Sale By Owner" but after 2 weeks we knew that we needed Kevin's expertise to deal with the current market, regardless of what it appeared to be like. Kevin put our needs first and he did not allow our prospective buyers agent to take advantage of us. I highly recommend working with Kevin. He's easy going, flexible and has a great personality. We would use him again in heartbeat. PS - His holiday treats did not have any impact on our decision to use him again. I promise ;)

This was my fifth transaction with Kevin. He's helped me buy, sell, and rent various properties over the years. Within 36 hours I had two offers and accepted a full price contract. Selling my house this time was the most challenging since I now live out of state. I had some issues with the HOA that Kevin was instrumental in helping me to resolve. He even went to my house for an appliance delivery and installation. I can't thank Kevin enough for everything he has done to ensure that all of our transactions over the years were smooth ones and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional Realtor. I wanted my house on the market before going on vacation and wanted on contract prior to my return two weeks later. The house was on contract in 3 days and closed in 30 days. This was a house that I had rented out for years. I did some work to the house, gave Kevin the Keys and told him that I did not want to return to the house. I did not return as it went on contract in three days and and closed in 30 days

I have worked with Kevin twice before. There is no one else I would have gone with. Kevin was able to sell our home BEFORE it even hit the market! This saved us from having to leave the house for showings and cleaning up before pictures and showings (which is very difficult with 2 children and a puppy). Nothing could have been better. I go back to Kevin over and over because he is very serious about his job and wants only the best for his clients. Every time I have worked with him, he makes things happen quickly. To sell this house before it even hit the market was a huge weight off of my shoulders. I hope to stay in my new home for a VERY long time, so may not need his services again in the near future. But I will recommend him highly to anyone seeking an agent to work with. Thank you Kevin!!
