We selected Kevin on the recommendation of our auctioneer Joe Pillow. He highly recommended him. It was important that the property would get online exposure in more than our area since the home we inherited was out in the country with property and would not get much drive by traffic. Kevin seemed knowledgeable working with online and out of area customers. That is where we felt our buyer would come from. He was very knowledgeable about what improvements would help the house and property to show well. Kevin did a great job for us. We were concerned the sale might not go quickly. We wanted the house to show the best it could, and we wanted to put our money in the right improvements. Before we listed, we had Kevin give us suggestions for improvements that would be required by lenders. This way we wouldn't need to do them later and it would help the house show well and give us a quick sale and closing. He took a ton of great wide-angle pictures that showed the property well. His idea to overlap showings so buyers knew others were interested helped to sell the property in one week!
