Kim Ellis
I graduated from Pascagoula High School in Pascagoula, MS, in 1984 and received my degree in education from Ole Miss in 1989. I began my career as a K-4 teacher at Madison Ridgeland Academy in Madison, MS, while raising my two children. In 2013, I went to work in the Vice Chancellor’s office at The University of Mississippi Medical Center. Meeting new people daily and interacting with the doctors fit into my love of people.
My family has been coming to this area since I was a little girl, and we’ve enjoyed watching it grow. Real Estate has always been something I knew I would like to pursue, but the kids kept me very busy with their active lifestyles. Once the children were grown, and on their own, I knew this was my time to change career paths, so in 2017 I relocated to the area and obtained my Real Estate license. The Alabama Gulf Coast was the best fit for me and my love for the beach, outdoors, and warm temperatures.
I enjoy meeting clients from various states and helping them with their desire to move to the beach, find a second home or invest in rental property. My top priority is building a relationship with my clients and seeing their Real Estate needs. I like to stay in contact with my clients throughout the entire listing or buying process, answering all their questions. I strive to make the listing or buying process as smooth as possible for all clients. This can be a stressful transaction, so I can ease the stress by walking through each step with them. Maintaining my relationship with my clients long after the sale is significant to me! I continue to educate myself about the market and the area to be a valuable tool to all my clients.
