Hi, I'm Kim!
Jackson & Butts County real estate pro helping families land their dream homes & sell properties with ease since 2013 As a full-time Associate Broker/Agent, wife & mother (to both dogs & humans) , highly-dedicated shopaholic and an avid supporter of all things local, I wear several hats (not to mention cute pairs of shoes) .
But what each role shares is my fierce devotion and commitment to serving with a simple approach.
Although originally a Clayton County native, I've called Jackson, GA home for nearly 20 years now, and I can't imagine any place else I'd rather be. From downtown Jackson to Indian Springs to Jackson Lake, I'm lucky enough to have experienced and gained a deep understanding of the area, of the many local businesses and organizations thriving within it, and of the people who run them.
With over 10 years of experience as an agent, I've helped more than 150 families an d singles alike buy and sell property in the Jackson and Butts County area. I'm proud to offer the perfect blend of small town knowledge, high-tech marketing expertise, and painless processes.

Seller reviewI have been a Century21 Realtor in Charlotte NC for about 36 years I have been a C21 Realtor for along time and sold MANY homes. It is rare for ANYONE to sell propery at a good price this quickly. You should be proud to have her as an agent for your company, and I would recommend her to ANY prospective buyer or seller. However, I don't want her to get too big of a swelled head, so I'll mention in my much longer career, I have sold 2 homes the 1st day on the market. It would not surprise me if she surpasses my results.
