During viewings she pointed out many details I would have otherwise missed, which helped us in making a better decision. I've worked with other agents in the pass during a purchase and by far Kim excelled in her knowledge and negotiation skills. Kim showed her professionalism throughout every step of the purchase. She was very organized and knowledgeable of the areas we were looking at, which helped us find a new home quickly. She was extremely patient (specially since I'm very picky and detailed), and made herself available via phone and text at any time. I always felt I could reach out to her with any immediate questions or concerns, which helped my wife and I keep our stress levels in check. Kim was always very friendly and polite, asking how we were, and about my wife's health (as she is pregnant). Best experience I've ever had with a realtor. I can confidently say that I will refer her to any friend looking for a realtor in the WMA/MD area.
