Buyer reviewThe truth is Kim was a listing agent on a property I was interested in over a year ago. That property never sold but after talking to Kim and meeting her in November last year I knew she was the agent for us. We relocated in August 2021 to Cape and Kim did what I can only describe as miracle work getting us into our house on Longview. She is easy going yet a pro at negotiation. I am not easy to please as I've been an escrow officer all my life and know bad agents when I see them. Kim is truly one of the best! She got us closed on time with negotiations ongoing up to close date. What a pro! Will refer all business I can to her. Without hesitation.
