Seller reviewI bought my current home from Kim Baker. She was honest, hard working and spent a lot of time searching and showing me properties that fit my criteria. So when it came to selling, I knew Kim would work just as hard.

Buyer reviewWe had worked with another real estate agent before finding Kim. Right away she was helpful and willing to show us everything we requested. She worked very well for both us and the seller. She went out of her way to help to arrange inspections, repairs, and to communicate things to the seller so we could negotiate repairs. Not once did we feel like we were not her first priority. Hopefully we will not need a real estate agent but I would not hesitate to work with her again or to refer her to friends and family.
