Seller reviewKim was very professional and not pushy. She had done her homework and was very knowledgeable with comparable properties in our area. The house was priced right as the second couple that viewed the house made a full price offer. Negotiations were handled easily with the buyers. Kim was very accommodating with delivering paper to use easily and quickly. Overall, Kim did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend her!
