I would recommend Kim Bloem to anyone seeking a property that fits all their wants and needs. She never failed to respond to a call or message from me. I always felt she had my best interests in mind. She is very knowledgeable. In addition, sometimes it seemed I was her only priority. But I know better. That was her dedication to my quest for a suitable property.. Not only do I think of Kim Bloem as a dedicated professional, I consider her a caring individual who I am glad to have met and enjoyed her as a person.

This was my wife and I's first home purchase. Kim was excellent through the whole process. September 2020
From the first phone call Kim was attentive and receptive to our needs. Her experience was invaluable as we viewed homes as she pointed out things we didn't notice and asked questions that made us think hard about what we wanted in a home.
When it came to short notice home showing Kim was excellent at getting in to see the home and being available on short notice.
After putting in an offer She was attentive to our questions and would get questions answers very promptly.
Overall, I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a first home or any other home.

Kim emailed immediately and followed up with a personal phone call and she was personable, friendly, and attentive to our needs and short timeline to find a property. I felt like we were immediately able to build a rapport and she was excellent in communicating through text and email. Since we were out of state, she diligently watched for properties that fit our needs as they were added to the MLS. She had an excellent schedule to follow while we were in Ames and ultimately we selected a home to offer on the same day we saw it. Kim was so knowledgeable about the area too; we relied upon her for numerous referrals and we appreciated all of her help!

I came to Kim Bloem with the idea of buying a home and she made it a reality. We went through many storms (literally...Iowa weather!) and interesting houses but found the right one in the end. July 2017

We came across Kim Bloem by accident but are extremely thankful every day that we did. Kim always made time for us and was always ready to answer my many questions I had. If Kim did not have the answer to my questions she had the connections and was able to get me my answers very quickly. Kim was extremely accommodating to our schedules and went above and beyond to make sure we could look at the houses we wanted to see and made sure we were able to get our offer in on a timely manner. When looking at houses Kim was very attentive to what we prioritized in a house and was very knowledgeable about the houses and communities. Kim was very helpful explaining every document and the process of closing. She also explained what to expect when we closed and was there for us through the entire process. Kim Bloem is the reason our experience was excellent. If we need to sell our house and buy another in the future, we will use Century 21 again but more specifically, Kim.
