When I finally had enough guts to go look at my new house, I never had anyone else in mind to talk to about it. At first it was just some questions I had about the house and Kim was very helpful and that's what persuaded us to even come look at the house in the first place. Once all the parts started to move, Kim knew I needed to sell my house first before I could buy this one and she helped with every step along the way. Seller review3.5 years ago, I used Kim to help me but my first house. So when I decided to look into selling my house and buying a new one, I knew right away to call Kim. She is so easy to work with. About 12 hours before signings happened, we ran I to a snag. The signings could have fallen through but I knew Kim would get it taken care of so I never worried!
