Her experience was invaluable as we viewed homes as she pointed out things we didn't notice and asked questions that made us think hard about what we wanted in a home. When it came to short notice home showing Kim was excellent at getting in to see the home and being available on short notice. After putting in an offer She was attentive to our questions and would get questions answers very promptly. Overall, I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a first home or any other home.
