If Kim did not have the answer to my questions she had the connections and was able to get me my answers very quickly. Kim was extremely accommodating to our schedules and went above and beyond to make sure we could look at the houses we wanted to see and made sure we were able to get our offer in on a timely manner. When looking at houses Kim was very attentive to what we prioritized in a house and was very knowledgeable about the houses and communities. Kim was very helpful explaining every document and the process of closing. She also explained what to expect when we closed and was there for us through the entire process. Kim Bloem is the reason our experience was excellent. If we need to sell our house and buy another in the future, we will use Century 21 again but more specifically, Kim.
