We went through many storms (literally...Iowa weather!) and interesting houses but found the right one in the end. Kim is very knowledgeable and timely. She spelled out each step and was patient when looking at homes. She was on top of everything and was able to answer any questions I may have had. I am truly thankful for her time and commitment during this process. She treated me more like a good friend than a customer and that speaks volumes of Kim's personality and commitment to her job. Buyer reviewWe came across Kim Bloem by accident but are extremely thankful every day that we did. Kim always made time for us and was always ready to answer my many questions I had. If Kim did not have the answer to my questions she had the connections and was able to get me my answers very quickly. Kim was extremely accommodating to our schedules and went above and beyond to make sure we could look at the houses we wanted to see and made sure we were able to get our offer in on a timely manner. When looking at houses Kim was very attentive to what we prioritized in a house and was very knowledgeable about the houses and communities. Kim was very helpful explaining every document and the process of closing. She also explained what to expect when we closed and was there for us through the entire process. Kim Bloem is the reason our experience was excellent. If we need to sell our house and buy another in the future, we will use Century 21 again but more specifically, Kim.
