I felt like we were immediately able to build a rapport and she was excellent in communicating through text and email. Since we were out of state, she diligently watched for properties that fit our needs as they were added to the MLS. She had an excellent schedule to follow while we were in Ames and ultimately we selected a home to offer on the same day we saw it. Kim was so knowledgeable about the area too; we relied upon her for numerous referrals and we appreciated all of her help!

She spelled out each step and was patient when looking at homes. She was on top of everything and was able to answer any questions I may have had.
