Buyer reviewThis was my wife and I's first home purchase. Kim was excellent through the whole process. From the first phone call Kim was attentive and receptive to our needs. Her experience was invaluable as we viewed homes as she pointed out things we didn't notice and asked questions that made us think hard about what we wanted in a home. When it came to short notice home showing Kim was excellent at getting in to see the home and being available on short notice. After putting in an offer She was attentive to our questions and would get questions answers very promptly. Overall, I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a first home or any other home.

I felt like we were immediately able to build a rapport and she was excellent in communicating through text and email. Since we were out of state, she diligently watched for properties that fit our needs as they were added to the MLS. She had an excellent schedule to follow while we were in Ames and ultimately we selected a home to offer on the same day we saw it. Kim was so knowledgeable about the area too; we relied upon her for numerous referrals and we appreciated all of her help!
