Seller reviewKimberly was a Godsend to us. She was professional and caring all in one. She went above and beyond in her communication to us and explaining the process. The house we sold had a septic system. It failed the inspection and had to be replaced. Kimberly was the one to contact, coordinate and set up the entire process for it to be replaced. She also scheduled the plumber for us to fix the items the buyers wanted fixed off the home inspection. We are 86 years old with health issues. Kimberly was extremely patient in explaining things to us and since we didn't fully understand the docusign process she would bring the documents to our house to be signed so we didn't have to go into the office. She was kind, friendly, caring, compassionate, along with professional, knowledgable, and extremely efficient. We have never had susch a wonderful experience with any other broker in our entier lives. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in need of the best agent in the state.

Tiffany was always avaliable to answer any questions, and when asked questions she is extremely knowledable. Tiffany managed a multitude of issues between our mortgage company to ensure we stayed on time for closing which was critical for us moving in our of state. Tiffany gave great recommendations for inspections and has a good eye for things in the houses we looked at. Tiffany's communication overall was above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house in the area.
