We currently reside in Pittsburg and are active in community events. Kim was the 3rd broker that we worked with to sell our house south of town and that was the 1st step to being able to buy our new house. Kim genuinely listened to us and our needs, wants, and frustrations about not being able to sell our home. She was able to show or have our house shown more than any other agent that we worked with and without showings, you can't sell a house. Kim was able to sell out home and even took a commission cut so that we didn't have to bring as much to the table to sell our home. That was a little over a year ago.
