Seller reviewWe were looking for someone knowledgeable who could direct us, in a way we could understand, what to do to get the best outcome. Kim was that person! She was available when we had questions and had the information we needed for every step of the process.

Seller reviewThere are multiple concerns when looking for the right individual to help you sell or buy a new home. This can make it very challenging and frustrating, especially when you don't have a trusted contact like a friend or family member that can confirm you will be in a good hands. I did my research and luckily found Kimberly Lux. I read multiple comments form other parties which made me feel a bit better but not 100%. There is only way to really know if someone is the right fit, trail and error. So i decided to give it a try. I am not one to usually leave feedback but i know that are other other there in the same boat i was. All i can say is LOOK NO FURTHER. If you want a loyal, respectfully, honest, one that will go the an extra 10 miles....... KIMBERLY LUX is who you are looking for. I promise you will not regret this choice. She was available night & day and her response time was amazing! She will guide you and make sure you are getting the best deal you can.

Buyer reviewKimberly Lux was top notch in the purchase of our undeveloped property on a lake. This whole process was new to my husband and I, and Kim was very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging with her guidance and information. She was willing to give us examples of the information we needed for feasibility studies, as well as companies to perform them, and negotiated the necessary time to make sure the land fit our needs! She communicated with us often throughout the process and would be quick to respond to any calls or emails. To top it off, when it looked like the seller may not budge in there asking price, Kim got them to meet in the middle and save us some money! I would highly recommend Kimberly Lux as she made navigating through unfamiliar territory and this purchase so much easier!
