The reason we chose Centery 21 was solely due to Kim and her willingness to help us, even though we had not signed with her. We had offers from 10 or more realtors. My son thought she was a church acquaintance and received advice from her without question, as we originally were going to sell by owner. After finding out she was just being helpful, we decided she was the one to help us sell. She is very professional, friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose her again.
