Buyer reviewKimberly Lux was top notch in the purchase of our undeveloped property on a lake. This whole process was new to my husband and I, and Kim was very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging with her guidance and information. She was willing to give us examples of the information we needed for feasibility studies, as well as companies to perform them, and negotiated the necessary time to make sure the land fit our needs! She communicated with us often throughout the process and would be quick to respond to any calls or emails. To top it off, when it looked like the seller may not budge in there asking price, Kim got them to meet in the middle and save us some money! I would highly recommend Kimberly Lux as she made navigating through unfamiliar territory and this purchase so much easier!
