Buyer reviewWe truly enjoyed our experience with Kimberly Lux. She has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in the greater Deltona, Florida area and in our case, the condo market. She is a very friendly person who is attentive to your needs and is very detail oriented, pointing things out that you may not know which is important when you are not familiar with the area. She is very kind and not pushy trying to talk you into buying this property or the other. Once we found the unit that we purchased we worked with her and the mortgage broker that she recommended. We were very pleased with the mortgage broker and his staff as well. Overall we had a very smooth transition all the way to closing and Kimberly directed the whole effort that turned out to be a positive experience. We think that she did an outstanding job for us and will recommend her to any of our friends and relatives that wish to purchase or sell in the area.
