Seller reviewKim was there from day one an never let my call go unanswered. She was always on top of everything surrounding our property. We previously utilized her services in a purchase an that is why we went right back to Kim when we decided to sell our rental property. A few ups an downs, but nothing, not even a "She" shed, kept us from selling our property. Kim was awesome an if I ever need a relator again Kim will be the one. Seller reviewMy husband and I keep commenting on how smoothly everything went. When my mother passed in January we thought the clearing of the house and it's sale would be a daunting chore. We thought we'd be spending at least three weeks in Florida taking care of things. To our surprise we met with Kim once. We got an estate sale set up and that person made sure the house was empty for sale. Kim kept tabs. We knew we could trust everyone involved with my mother's home and possessions. We were so relieved and it became a positive experience. We can't thank Kim enough for all she did especially the peace of mind!
