My husband and I keep commenting on how smoothly everything went. When my mother passed in January we thought the clearing of the house and it's sale would be a daunting chore. We thought we'd be spending at least three weeks in Florida taking care of things. To our surprise we met with Kim once. We got an estate sale set up and that person made sure the house was empty for sale. Kim kept tabs. We knew we could trust everyone involved with my mother's home and possessions. Can say nothing less than "PERFECT"! We chose Kimberly Lux off the site because of her friendly smile and her short but to the point bio. In a few words she convinced us she was the one for us. After meeting Kimberly for the first time we knew we nailed it with the most perfect realtor we've ever had. This was our seventh house sold and we have never seen such an energetic, no nonsense, committed realtor. She committed to us entirely and worked non stop to be sure we had everything we needed for staging and showing. If more people selling homes listened to what a realtor tells them to do, they would be selling their homes much faster. Our house sold in record time, started the process and towards the closing date our buyers loan fell through. Kim was on vacation (or supposed to be) but immediately re-listed the property that very same evening and the next day we started to show it again on Saturday morning and had showings down for Sunday also. We had multiple offers by the end of Saturday and by first thing Sunday morning it was SOLD AGAIN!!! This time things went smoothly, Kim was on top of every single event, as she was the first time, had papers sent and signed within minutes from all the way across the country. She kept in touch daily, more than once a day if need be to advise us of the proceedings and when to expect things to be done. Things that needed to be done were orchestrated by Kimberly immediately. How can anyone not appreciate her dedication and hard work. There are simply not enough adjectives to describe this warm, wonderful, level headed realtor. We have already moved out of state and miss her. She is such an outgoing, hard working person that we felt she was family, not like family, but family. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for all her great work and expertise. I wish we had another house to sell. GREAT JOB!
