How could anyone not choose Kimberly Olbrich as their realtor? Her obvious knowledge and energy are compelling. Her thoroughness seals the deal. Kimberly totally delivered what she said she thought she could do: She generated a huge demand and then sold the property at an excellent price. Kimberly Olbrich professionalism and overall experience and knowledge was so apparent in her relationship with me as her client that I actually thought I was her only client. From our very first introduction, Kimberly Olbrich was warm, courteous and so easy to talk with. She was an open book and had no problem answering all of our questions (which as a first time homebuyer, there were a lot). Kimberly played a unique role in our transaction where she wore multiple hats as both the buyer's agent and seller/broker. Without a doubt, we feel as though she was transparent and gave us insight from all perspectives during the entire process. Her patience and being able to explain everything let us feel comfortable with putting our trust in her. Kimberly and her whole operation were very organized and were on top of everything! She made the whole process seamless and very easy for us to understand. With having full-time jobs, the task of buying a house can be daunting but Kimberly and her team worked with our schedule and made it very convenient.
