Kimberly was extremely wonderful with all the problems I was going through, she knew what to do and say to make me feel comfortable with everything that needed to be done. Kimberly really did a good job being there for everything and always considerate to my every need. I had so much going on with life and the house that I felt I was going to have a nervous breakdown. Kimberly always seemed to know when I need a little extra help. She would always come ASAP. Kimberly was absolutely wonderful with everything...I totally recommend her! Kimberly was highly responsive and communicative during the escrow process. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone who needs a strong Realtor who can guide them through the home buying process. Mariana, Yara and the C21 ops team were awesome! Very accurate and diligent during the process. What stood out about Kimberly's performance was her ability to negotiate a 138,000 price reduction and several property repairs.

We can't say more good things about Kimberly. Our search for our new home took us almost 6 months, but throughout the whole process Kimberly was there to help guide us and eventually use her expertise and industry knowledge and connections to help us complete a messy title transaction, left by the previous owner, and close in less than 15 days with clean title. Kimberly was always available when we needed to speak and always was able to set up home showings quickly, even when we gave her last minute notice. Overall a great professional and we would 100% recommend her to any of our friends and family.

I found Kimberly Olbrich after an extensive search for the Best Real Estate Agent near West Covina. It was important to find someone competent and trustworthy. From the first time we spoke, there was a connection. She has an innate ability to immediately connect with people. She answered my questions and then took the time to ask what I wanted and needed. The whole process was really smooth because Kimberly provides excellent services. Her marketing strategies, knowledge, planning, execution, attention to detail, communication and time invested made this happen. Kimberly has a flair for photography which enhanced the online listing. She also created a video tour to draw in even more prospective buyers. Our open house was a huge success - an offer was accepted! I cannot say enough positive things about Kimberly She is experienced, motivated, responsive, diligent, caring, and appreciative.
