I was amazed that Kim was able to come up with so many viewings and 3 cash offers on the first day. Her negotiating skills were excellent. Her planning strategy was also excellent. She obtained a respected inspector and title agency and an excellent photographer. She lined up all the bills for improvements recently done and the approximate age of equipment. She suggested that everything be out in the open, warts (not many) and all, for the buyers to see. All her strategies worked perfectly. My 91 year old aunt, who owned the house until she died recently, raised me like a "real mother". She was the youngest of 11 siblings and experienced so much loss in her life that she kept Everything of theirs. It was task to distribute all items back to their families, clean, paint, garden, and hire professionals to replace the roof and fix anything that needed fixing. Kim Sauerwine tenderly guided me through the whole daunting process. I came out all the stronger, due to her efforts. I will be eternally grateful to her. See comments above. Kim and Valerie were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to help make the estate sale of my father's house as painless as possible. They were extremally responsive to all our needs. House went on the market and we had multiple offers the next day. From recommending cleaning services, garbage removal, and helping find homes for items we could not take, they were perfect.
