Kitty and Amir were very efficient, getting all the paperwork prepared for us, organizing inspections, dealing with our mortgage brokers, and the escrow company. We could always get hold of Amir when we had questions and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I think I found Kitty Platt on a Yelp page or Google page that listed "20 Best Real Estate Agents in Laguna Woods." Kitty and Amir were both very helpful and patient. We had a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer them all.

Buyer reviewOnce I decided Laguna Woods would be where I would spend the next chapter of my life, we (my daughters and I) realized we would need a knowledgeable and reputable realtor to help us. After speaking with a few people who we knew had worked with realtors in Laguna Woods we were referred to Kitty Platt. Our entire experience was excellent. Kitty took us out to look at homes and helped us really understand the area. She was very organized and patient and helped educate us on the entire process. The last home I looked at on my first day out looking was one that I loved...and I made an offer. My offer was accepted and with Kitty's help the Escrow process was a breeze (even navigating the Association Approval process). Kitty was extremely responsive whether via email or a call. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend Kitty to anyone looking for a home in Laguna Woods!
