After retiring with 28 years of service from the public utility sector, Koweba received her real estate license in 2006. She has been a resident of Granbury since 1996 and is a native Texan. Having resided in Metro-Plex communities for years, Koweba has first-hand knowledge to assist incoming families with their real estate needs.
Koweba was elected to serve as a Director for the Granbury Association of Realtors in 2017. She was also voted Rookie of the Year in 2007.

Seller reviewKoweba gave me the sense that she was "there" and involved with my property sale. In fact, she was. There were a number of times that she met people at the site to permit work to be done. She is a valuable resource in suggesting local companies to do work or get something to happen. This was important to me since I work in Dallas and did not have much free time to spend. Her communications are timely, clear, and she makes the process fun. If there are problems, she has solutions and suggests workable options, but most importantly is involved. Many thanks and a tip of the hat!
