Kris was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. We felt she had our back when dealing with the buyer's agent.
She was a great listener and involved us with the decision to price our home, select a photographer, etc. It was clear she was working for the client.
She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way!...

I can't say enough good things about my agent Kris Macias!!! She was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. She took the time to explain and at times re-explain the process to me. She was always available to me, I never had to wait long for her to get back to me. She made me feel that I was a priority to her. I purchased my home in a time where the market was very competitive, and Kris was with me the whole way. She's an excellent agent with excellent, excellent people skills!!!
Kris is very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. Explaining to me in detail what was happening, what was going to happen, I was never in the dark. As I said before, she made me feel I was a priority to her.
I would personally recommend Kris Macias to anyone looking for an agent. She'll work hard for you!!!...
