She sat down with us and discussed our goals and took it from there. Whenever there was an issue or inquiry she would let us know, suggest what we could do about it, and then promptly address it. Even though she is relatively new, she was professional, knowledgeable, and is well connected in the community. She went above and beyond by personally reaching out to multiple potential buyers, which ultimately led to multiple offers above list price. We highly recommend Krista Coats, and will hire her again, next time we need a realtor.
