She went above and beyond and made herself so accessible!! I was dreading this process, however Kristen made it perfectly clear, from the very beginning, that she was there to help me with anything and everything!! I didn't just have a realtor....I had a friend that was there for ME!! Once we found "the" house she was monumental from everything to inspection, closing, utilities... You name it!!
