Buyer reviewKristen was amazing. She was patient and thorough, she made sure I understood everything that was going on and explained when I didn't. I was very particular and didn't have many options, but when we found the perfect home Kristen made sure to do everything necessary! I also referred Kristen to my father and he loved her.

Seller reviewMy husband and I had looked online for a realtor when we were thinking about selling our house. We had an idea of what we were hoping to get, but were clueless on everything else. Kristen was so helpful and informative we really felt like we were in good hands. She had a plan every step of the way and made sure we were a part of it. Since then she has helped us find a rental and has always been available to my husband and I when we had industry questions. When our landlord decided to sell, Kristen helped us through one of the toughest situations in our lives. She was constantly there to answer our questions, almost immediately. She never made us feel like we were unimportant or that she was too busy to help. Kristen's knowledge and experience kept us in the home we love. We absolutely would not be in this home without her. We cannot say enough good things about her!

She patiently worked with us as we got our finances in order and worked through the process of determining what kind of home we ultimately wanted for our family. We were impressed by her patience with us! Never once did she give us the impression we were wasting our time, but was candid with steps we would need to take in order to attain home ownership. She provided information and many resources to assist us, and was willing to pursue several avenues to that end. When it was time to buy, we felt added confidence because we were represented by Kristen.
