She patiently worked with us as we got our finances in order and worked through the process of determining what kind of home we ultimately wanted for our family. We were impressed by her patience with us! Never once did she give us the impression we were wasting our time, but was candid with steps we would need to take in order to attain home ownership. She provided information and many resources to assist us, and was willing to pursue several avenues to that end. When it was time to buy, we felt added confidence because we were represented by Kristen. During the buying process Kristen was especially helpful as it was our first experience with new construction. We will definitely recommend her to friends.

As this was our first big purchase my husband and I were very apprehensive going into this process. Kristen however was very accomodative and walked us through the process every step of the way. The best thing about her, is that not once did she pressure us into making a decision. She layed out the facts and let us take our time. Would highly recommend her to our family and friends.

Seller reviewI would absolutely recommend Kristen Yazel as a realtor for anyone. We had some quirky requests and requirements along the way of buying/building a home and then selling another. She handled it all with ease and confidence and we were thrilled with the result. We sold our home in 4 days for a price we never thought we could get. We also ended up buying a brand new spec home that wasn't on the market yet. We never would've known about the existence of this house without her! Thank you, Kristen, for a job amazingly done!
