Buyer reviewKristen had a great sense of urgency and was extremely proactive in her communications and dealing with Seller's agent. Kristen offered impartial advice on pros and cons of various properties we considered for purchase. All advices turned out to be good and we're thankful to her. Lastly, Kristen went above and beyond her role as our agent and helped us take care of some plumbing issues that came up even after the sale and saw to it that issue is resolved. We'd certainly recommend Kristen to any future buyers we know in the area. Entire C21 staff was awesome to deal with. We had a very satisfactory experience.

Buyer reviewA few years ago, I saw one of Kristen's listings on Zillow and selected 'inquire about this property'. She got right back to me on it, but if I remember correctly, they had already selected an offer on that one, but she helped me search for others, so it was really by chance. But she was so easy to work with. I had to pause my search for a few years, which she regularly kept in touch during that time. When I ended up back in the home buying market and reached out to her, she was ready to help. Kristen is smart and knows what's going to work and what's not! Completely down to earth and easy to work with. Very responsive! I've already recommended her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell and will continue to do so!
