Kristen without a commitment from me ran a search and sent me a follow up message. She was very frank about the market upon first interaction. That was all critical in selecting Kristin.

Buyer reviewI was roped into a situation with another agent after my first preapproval with a certain loan company. She in no way compared with Kristen. Kristen was really in tune with making sure I was getting what I wanted, and made absolutely sure that I understood the complete breakdown of what I was getting into. After my construction project fell through with building my home, I was able to ditch the other agent (who was clearly in it just for the commission), and I was quite relieved to be working with Kristen again.She really went above and beyond to make sure I got into the home I wanted. Most importantly, she's not just selling homes. She know a lot about construction and design. Working with Kristen Yazel is like "One stop shopping!" Kristen has all the right connections for your home search! She put me with the right financing team, and also had a friend with a construction/remodeling business to meet me at certain showings to make sure I'd be able to make certain changes. Purchasing a home can really be stressful, but she actually made this an exciting experience for me.
