There was always open communication throughout the process that gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. Kristen has all the qualities listed above. We enjoyed working with Kristen. We couldn't make it to Indiana to see the home so Kristen did a walkthrough for us and took videos of the home that helped us decide to make an offer on it.
