Biggest help for us is the coordination of different vendors on the occasion which Kristen has a great, Rolodex of other professionals that she can contact to help resolve any items along the way. As a first-time home buyer, I didn't know anything about what to look for and how to look for it. Kristen took the time to explain everything to me, was extremely accessible, and was dogged in her pursuit of a home I would love. We ended up having an offer accepted on one house and then having to back out of that once our dream house became available and Kristen walked me through all of that on nights and weekends and got everything done so quickly.
