Seller reviewWhen it comes to selling your house, having Kristen Yazel on your side is like pressing an easy button. Her seemingly endless contact list - vendors, etc. - all demonstratbly respect her too, as they were beyond prompt to address the issues I needed their help with. Kristen sold my house in record time (1 day), and when the original buyers backed out she sold it a second time, only faster (literally around 3 hours). 10/10 | 5 Stars | A

Seller reviewKristen has worked her magic for me and my family again. I was skeptical that the condo would sell quickly but she assured me I'd have no problem selling and she was right! Even with the quick closing the buyer wanted, and then the delays and hiccups out of our control that came up, she reassured me and kept me calm while continuing to guide us to closing. The advice she gives is always on point. And she's just a really nice person ... always so cool!
