Seller reviewKristen is an absolute gemstone of a realtor! She understands how to be flexible when needed and how to respond to meet the needs of her clients. She kept in touch to make sure our military family had support we needed when it came to even personal support in the area. She's got our business for any future moves back into the Indianapolis area. As a military family using a VA loan it was vital that we had a realtor that could navigate this process and she did it with ease. Seller reviewKristen Yazel was recommended by a family friend when I needed to sell a fixer-upper property. I do not live in the area and Kristen made the selling process clear and smooth. She was patient as I slowly started the process and was immediately focused as soon as I decide to move forward. She did her homework on comparables and helped explain different selling options (land and residence). She went out of her way to be my arms and legs because I could not be onsite for things like staging and photos. Her coordination between showings, buyers, agents, title, etc. was critical to keeping the closing on-track. Throughout this process, I felt that Kristen was focused on my sale. She was approachable and available, as if I were her only client. I would recommend Kristen and would absolutely use her again.

Kristen was a critical component of keeping the sellers engage through this lengthy process. She helped us navigate this very challenging process and manage communication between the the sellers agent, the seller and the mortgage company to allow us to complete this assumption and purchase our new home. We are very thankful for all of the support, guidance and paitence that she provided for this purchase and has always provided in previous transactions no matter the complexity of the transaction.
