Seller reviewwe have bought three properties and sold two while working with Kristen and each time she takes careful consideration on our asking price or our offering price and is very diligent with her follow up and support to complete each transaction. Biggest help for us is the coordination of different vendors on the occasion which Kristen has a great, Rolodex of other professionals that she can contact to help resolve any items along the way. We have a young child and Kristen is very understanding to the needs of our young family and has delivered on each transaction. She's helped us with can't say thank you enough for all support. We really trust her judgment and are very grateful for our partnership.

Buyer reviewI was recommended Kristen by two of my closest friends and I will in turn be recommending her to my friends. As a first-time home buyer, I didn't know anything about what to look for and how to look for it. Kristen took the time to explain everything to me, was extremely accessible, and was dogged in her pursuit of a home I would love. We ended up having an offer accepted on one house and then having to back out of that once our dream house became available and Kristen walked me through all of that on nights and weekends and got everything done so quickly. I'm looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Her seemingly endless contact list - vendors, etc. - all demonstratbly respect her too, as they were beyond prompt to address the issues I needed their help with. Kristen sold my house in record time (1 day), and when the original buyers backed out she sold it a second time, only faster (literally around 3 hours). 10/10 | 5 Stars | A
