Seller reviewI haven't sold a house in 24 years. I was very anxious about the process. Kristen relieved my anxiety and essentially held my hand through the entire process. She was extremely personable, calm (which I needed), knowledgeable, and very easy to access and communicate with. The marketing she did for my home, especially the pictures and video, were remarkable, far better than most I've seen on Zillow and other home sites. We had some bumps in the road, but again, Kristen handled them and advised me well. My house sold in a day with multiple offers. She sold it for over asking price. If I ever had to sell again, she would be my go to person. Can't recommend her enough. She is the consummate professional and an expert at what she does.
