Seller reviewKristi's extensive initial marketing of our home enabled us to sell it within 2 days - one day for showings and one day to decide on offers. Never have we had such a response on any previous home. Even in this market, we were all surprised by how quickly our home sold. Kristi was very helpful in explaining the offers as they were received and key in give us the correct information regarding which offer was the best one for us to accept. Through the inspection process for the Buyers as well as completing the closing paperwork Kristi was with us the entire way. We would highly recommend Kristi to anyone looking for help selling or interested in buying a home in this area. Kristi helped us through all of the negotiations, working with lenders and the closing process. She reviewed our paperwork prior to closing and noticed inconsistencies that we missed and was able to get them corrected quickly so our closing was a very smooth process with no surprises.
